Rogers Cable – onDemand Anime – Does anyone else have audio sync problems?

I noticed that my Rogers Cable OnDemand programs are not synchronized with sound. The audio is about 10 seconds ahead of the show, so get your mouth moving out of time with words. I tried other shows OnDemand are not encouraged and is the same problem, so I know it's not a dubbing problem. Anyone else getting this problem?
