Why winter weight gain is happening and what we can do?
Winter weight gain is a common complaint of many people. It seems that all Winters added a few pounds. But the downside to this is that the summer is that not all is lost. Why is this and what can do?

An effective way to boost the energy levels and emotions is to eat foods high in carbohydrates such as sugar is like potato chips, cookies and cereals that we give a blood sugar level quickly "fix".
Usually people who feel low in winter tend to overeat or eat food wrong due to seasonal depression induced, leading to weight gain. This weight gain can then lead to a depression over a vicious circle statring it is difficult to break.
